Parkway Tragedy: 18-Year-Old from Toms River Killed in Crash

According to New Jersey State Police, a youngster from Toms River passed away on Tuesday after his vehicle collided with a tree on the Garden State Parkway on Friday.

It was reported that Andrew Delgadillo, 18, lost his life in the collision that occurred just after 7 a.m. on the northbound side of the Parkway at milepost 86.7.

Delgadillo was traveling north in a Honda when his vehicle veered off to the right, slid down an embankment, and struck a tree.

Marchan added that after being sent to a nearby hospital due to severe injuries, he passed away.

According to Marchan, the crash is still being investigated.
