On this 19 (F) degree day, New Jersey State Police Pipes and Drums, Mounted Unit, Office of Emergency Management, Marine Service Unit and Aviation Unit participated in the 2nd Annual Sea Girt Polar Plunge in Sea Girt, N.J., on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2023. This year the Sea Girt Patriot Polar Plunge honored New Jersey State Trooper Sgt. Juan Fajardo. Juan was also a Lieutenant in the New Jersey National Guard. $40,000 was raised to help LIFT Fund for Veterans at Coastal Habitat for Humanity. (New Jersey State Pol
