‘Sinatra House’ For Sale Again at the Jersey Shore

Sinatra house for sale

The Point Pleasant Beach house known to many as "The Sinatra House" is now again up for sale.

The Point Pleasant Beach mansion known as "The Sinatra House" is back on the market seven months after it was initially put up for sale. The house at 175 Boardwalk has a $3.3 million price tag.

The house features a living area of more than 3,600 square feet, a large open floor plan, magnificent views of the ocean and the beach, as many as eight bedrooms, and space for up to 25 guests to sleep. There are three floors of living space and up to ten spaces in private parking.

The house's status as a landmark is its best feature, though. One of the most well-known and frequently photographed mansions in New Jersey is the unintentional outcome of a straightforward plan to play Frank Sinatra's ageless music for the onlookers' ongoing enjoyment.

Most of the summer, it's usual to see people enjoying and even dancing to the sounds of Frank Sinatra singing old classics while wandering the boardwalk.

The patriarch of the family, Paul Smith, simply wanted to spread joy, and as a music executive, he unwittingly started a wonderful tradition that is being continued by his four children and their offspring.
