On February 22, Nicole Fresco purchased a new home in Bayville. She received the call that nobody wants to get on March 12. Her brand-new house was ablaze.

The fire had been raging for hours when she returned from work. Now her new home was uninhabitable.

To assist Nicole and her four-year-old son, Nolan, in their hour of need, Carla, her sister, started a GoFundMe page.

In her GoFundMe page, Carla stated, "The home that my sister worked so hard to get was destroyed." She claimed that her sister is a diligent worker and a loving single mother who never seeks for assistance.

"They are devastated and now need to find somewhere else to temporarily live and fix her home, while still managing to pay the mortgage on this house, as well as other bills, and now expenses to try and get her home back to livable conditions," she added about her niece and nephew.
