MONTVILLE, NJ — Milania Giudice, the 20‑year‑old daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, was arrested in May and charged with simple assault following an alleged domestic violence incident, according to newly surfaced court documents.
The case, filed in Montville Township Municipal Court, is officially classified as “domestic violence/confidential,” meaning details about the alleged victim and circumstances remain sealed from public release.
Giudice was taken into custody on May 14 and charged with purposefully or knowingly causing bodily injury, a disorderly persons offense under New Jersey law.
Authorities have not released the identity of the alleged victim, and no further specifics about the incident have been made public.

Milania is one of Teresa Giudice’s four daughters with ex‑husband Joe Giudice, who was deported from the United States several years ago. Her older sister, Gia Giudice, 25, has continued advocating for their father in his ongoing immigration matters.
The arrest comes just months before the expected premiere of Season 15 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. While all returning Housewives are expected to appear, Bravo has not yet announced any new cast additions.
As of now, neither Teresa Giudice nor Milania has publicly commented on the arrest. Representatives for the family have also not responded to media inquiries.
The case remains active, and additional information may become available as court proceedings continue.
