Three People Killed on Atlantic City Expressway

Three Persons Were Killed After Their Car Collided With a Toll Plaza on the Atlantic City Expressway

According to police, three persons died in a crash on the Atlantic City Expressway on Sunday night. Just after 9 p.m., a car accident occurred at the Egg Harbor Toll Plaza in Hamilton Township.

Reachthon Khiev, 31, and Reachsieh Khiev, 27, of Manchester, New Hampshire, were the crash victims, according to police. Keotepie Khiev, 14, of Atlantic City, was also killed in the collision. Police did not identify the 12-year-old girl who suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

According to authorities, a toll plaza attendant suffered non-life threatening injuries as a result of the collision.

The collision was reported around 9:08 p.m., according to police.

Reachthon Khiev, the driver, slammed his Honda into the truck, completely engulfing it.

The Atlantic City Expressway's eastbound lanes were stopped for around seven hours, and traffic was detoured around the accident scene.

The incident's cause is still being investigated.
