Toys for Tots is a Charitable Organization that Collects Toys for Children in Need
Toms River Fire Company 1 is hosting the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve's Toys For Tots for toy collection on Nov. 27 and 28 at the firehouse.
Toys For Tots collects new toys for children who are less fortunate each year. Last year, the Ocean North collection provided nearly 21,000 children with toys for Christmas.
Last year, Toms River Fire Company 1 organized two days of Toys For Tots drop-off collection, and they're doing it again this year.
Both Saturday and Sunday following Thanksgiving, the Marines will be at the firehouse at 26 Robbins St., across from Toms River Town Hall, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
If you are looking to donate to U.S. Marine Corps Reserve's Toys For Tots program, you can drop off toys at Toms River Fire Company 1 the weekend after Thanksgiving.
