Toms River Schools Will Remain In-Person

According to an email to teachers, parents, and families of Toms River Regional Schools they are preparing for in-person instruction on January 3rd.

COVID-19 infections have been on the rise in recent days and weeks, as you are probably aware. As long as Toms River Regional Schools follow current guidelines and protocols, the schools will continue to take all necessary health and safety precautions. (While the newly updated CDC guidance on quarantines and isolation applies to the general public rather than schools, they will continue to closely monitor guidance for school settings and will make any necessary changes as soon as possible.)

Toms River Regional Schools want people to follow these standards to help everyone stay attentive in their attempts to keep schools open for in-person learning.

If you or your child are experiencing symptoms, you should stay at home, be tested if necessary, and communicate with your school nurse and building managers. For additional information, please visit TR Stay Safe homepage.
