February 14, 2005 – November 1, 2024

Stacey passed away on November 1st, 2024, surrounded by her parents and siblings.

Stacey was born on February 14, 2005, in Toms River, NJ the daughter of Gaudencio Galeana Cortes and Rosa Villafana.

Stacey graduated from Toms River High School North this past June, she planned to attend Penn State University this fall.

Stacey was accepted into the nursing program and was looking forward to becoming a travel nurse.

Stacey especially loved spending time with her siblings, specifically her little brother Gael.

She loved hanging out with her best friends Stacey, Ashley, and Kennedy.

Also, Stacey loved working with her dad at the Blue Fountain where she could squeeze in some extra quality time.

Stacey was an incredibly special young lady with a strong work ethic. Stacey was driven to create a life that involved traveling the world and seeing her favorite singers in concert.

Her smile and positive energy brought light into everyone she met. She showed beauty and grace in her battle with cancer.

Remaining to cherish Stacey’s memory are her parents, Gaudencio Galeana and Rosa Villafana; siblings Georgette Twiggs, Stephanie Galeana, Esmeralda Galeana, and Gael Galeana.

Stacey will be greatly missed by all that were lucky enough to know her.

Visitation will be held Tuesday November 5, 2024 from 4PM to 8PM at Quinn Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Road Toms River, NJ 08755.

A funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday November 6, 2024 at 10 AM at St. Joseph's Catholic Church 685 Hooper Avenue Toms River, NJ 08753.

Burial will follow at St Joseph's Catholic Cemetery 56 Cedar Grove Road Toms River, NJ 08753.

Memorial donations in Stacey’s memory may be directed to Ocean of Love at www.oceanoflove.org. The non-profit organization is dedicated to helping Ocean County children with cancer and their families. The group provides financial and emotional support to children so that they can experience the "normal" joys of childhood. We are grateful to the organization for their support.
