The New Jersey State Police are asking for the public’s assistance as they work to identify a man wanted in connection with a credit card fraud investigation stemming from multiple unauthorized purchases at the Cumberland Mall in Vineland.

According to investigators, the case began on June 27, 2026, when a victim reported his debit card stolen. Shortly after losing possession of the card, four fraudulent transactions were made — all at stores within the Cumberland Mall. Bank records confirmed the purchases and helped narrow down the timeline of the suspect’s movements.

Troopers say surveillance footage captured the individual believed to be responsible. He is described as a Black male, approximately 40 to 50 years old, wearing a blue baseball hat, blue T‑shirt, blue jeans, and blue‑and‑white sneakers.
