It is with extremely heavy hearts that we share the tragic loss of our beloved cousin, Joshua Guarino, who passed away at just 18 years old in a car accident early Thursday morning, August 13, 2026.

Joshua was a resident of Brick Township and a student at Brick Memorial High School. He had his whole life ahead of him, and his loss has left our family, friends, and community completely heartbroken.

According to local authorities, Joshua was involved in a single vehicle crash on Squankum Allenwood Road in Wall Township. Despite the efforts of first responders, he tragically passed away at the scene.

Joshua was an adventurous, caring, and bright young man who brought so much light into the lives of those around him. He will always be remembered for his warmth, his smile, and the love he shared with his family and friends.

Our family is devastated by this sudden and unimaginable loss. During this incredibly difficult time, we are coming together to honor Joshua’s life and give him the funeral and burial he deserves. We are asking for support to help cover funeral and burial expenses, as well as other unexpected costs during this time.
