According to the NY Post, Governor Andrew Cuomo announced his resignation on Tuesday, offering a full-throated defense of his behavior with women before saying he’s stepping down for the good of New Yorkers in the wake of the scathing state Attorney General report that accused him of sexual harassment.
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo is stepping down after an investigation found he sexually harassed 11 women. Lt. Governor Kathy Hochul will be the first female Governor of New York.
