Body Found at Island Beach State Park
A man was discovered deceased at Island Beach State Park on Monday night, according to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
The 49-year-old individual was located unresponsive by New Jersey State Park Police at 9:12 p.m. on Monday, as reported by DEP spokeswoman Caryn Shinske to Patch.
She stated that efforts to revive the man were unsuccessful.
The Ocean County Medical Examiner's Office is responsible for establishing the cause of death.
At this time, no additional information has been released.
