TOMS RIVER, NJ — The Silverton Volunteer Fire Company is marking a major milestone this year — 75 years of service to the Toms River community — and they’re celebrating in a big way. On Saturday, October 3, 2026, the fire company and its Ladies Auxiliary will host their Annual Fall Festival, a full‑day community celebration packed with family activities, live entertainment, demonstrations, and special anniversary events.

The festival runs from 11 AM to 6 PM at 15 Kettle Creek Road, bringing together residents, first responders, local businesses, and supporters for one of Silverton’s biggest community gatherings of the year.

Founded in 1951, the Silverton Volunteer Fire Company has grown into one of Toms River’s most dedicated emergency service organizations. Over the decades, its volunteers have responded to thousands of calls, supported countless community events, and played a vital role in keeping residents safe.

The Ladies Auxiliary — also celebrating decades of service — continues to support the fire company through fundraising, community outreach, and event coordination. Their involvement is a major part of what makes the annual festival possible.
