Dump Truck Runs Red Light, Leaving 3 Injured in Crash at the Jersey Shore
Marlboro Police are investigating a two-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon that left three people with minor injuries.
Police responded around 3:28 p.m. to Route 520, between Wyncrest Road and Gordons Corner Road, following reports of a collision.
According to Marlboro Police Capt. Jonathan Gramcko, the crash occurred when a dump truck allegedly ran a red light on CR-520 and struck another vehicle.
Three people suffered minor injuries in the collision and were transported to CentraState Medical Center for treatment.
Police have not released the names or identities of those involved.
The circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation.
