Making Strides has always been more than just a walk, it’s a movement. They are making it easier for anyone, anywhere to make an impact. They know the future can be free from breast cancer. American Cancer Society is asking you to join the movement and sign up to save lives.

Check-In & Tents Open: 8:00 a.m.
5K Walk Start Time: 10:00 a.m.
Making Strides Against Breast Cancer is a 3.1-mile walk at your own pace walk. If you cannot walk the full route, you do not have to.
LOCATION
The Silver Lake Lot is located at the intersection of Ocean and Arnold Avenues in Point Pleasant Beach, across the street from Jenkinson’s. The main entrance is on Arnold Avenue. There will be traffic and road closings as we approach the walk start so please plan to arrive early. If you do not plan to arrive for tent opening at 8am, we highly recommend taking a shuttle from one of our 3 shuttle stops that are explained below. PARKING For your convenience, parking meters will not be enforced in Point Pleasant Beach from 8:00AM through 12:30PM. After this time, it is your responsibility to make sure your meter is paid according to Point Pleasant Beach guidelines.SHUTTLES
There will be continuous shuttle service from the following locations beginning at 7:00am through 1:00pm:(Please note that restrooms are NOT available at these locations)
**Wheelchair accessible bus service will be available at all locations.
