The Real Housewives of New Jersey pair has listed their Toms River beach house for sale, nearly a year after selling their renowned Montville mansion.
Joe and Melissa Gorga have put their beach house on the market for $2.9 million, according to a listing on Realtor.com.
The house is set on a double lot at the end of a cul de sac on the Barnegat Bay in Toms River's Windsor Park neighborhood.
The ”Bayfront Home” has a panoramic view of Barnegat Bay and was recently remodeled with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The 3500 square foot property has a colorful backyard with a large in-ground pool, as well as 165 feet of bayfront.
The RHONJ pair paid $975,000 for the house in 2019.
This announcement comes almost two months after the reality TV pair began ground on their new home.
After years of trying, the couple finally sold their Montville house in December 2020.
The Gorgas are currently renting while they construct their next dream home.
Although it is unknown why Joe and Melissa are selling their shore house, it is quite possible that they will buy another at the Jersey Shore. Toms River is where Melissa Gorga grew up and where her family resides.
