Police Seeking Suspects Involved in Toms River Home Burglaries

According to Toms River Police Department, they are seeking information regarding several burglaries in Toms River.

On Thursday, April 4, three potential burglaries occurred in the Tallymawr subdivision in North Dover.

In every case, the suspects seemed to be the same.

Four suspects, all dressed in black clothing and with their faces covered, burst through the front window of a house on Reynolds Avenue at around three in the morning. While the homeowners were asleep, the robbers stole jewels and cameras valued at over $100,000.

An Audi was parked in a driveway on Brentwood Avenue when the suspects turned on the engine. At about three in the morning, they left the car running and went to a third house on Brentwood.

The third house's owners heard someone attempting to break in from the backyard at roughly 3:37 a.m. and became aware of the situation. It's unclear if anything was taken from this house, however the suspects damaged the window downstairs before fleeing when the occupants awoke.

The Toms River Police Department's number to report information regarding the events is 732-349-0150, extension 1292 or 1323.
