Thousands of residents in New Jersey are without power as a result of the storm on Wednesday. While tornado watches and severe thunderstorm warnings were in place for Delaware and portions of New Jersey, NJ has experienced strong gusts and heavy rain on Wednesday afternoon and evening causing power outages across the state.OUTAGES continue to spread tonight.
