SEASIDE PARK — The Seaside Park Police Department has officially welcomed a new four‑legged face to the force, and the community is already head‑over‑heels. Meet Blue, the department’s newest K9 friend, who has quickly become the most talked‑about pup on the Jersey Shore.

Blue, a tiny French Bulldog with a big personality, made his debut this week in the arms of smiling officers — and the photos have exploded across Facebook. Residents wasted no time chiming in with jokes, love, and plenty of puppy‑themed excitement.

🐾 A Healing Moment for the Department

Blue’s arrival comes just months after the heartbreaking loss of K9 Jax, who passed suddenly on March 22, 2025. Jax served the community for nine years under the Ocean County Sheriff’s Office, alongside Sheriff’s Officer Corporal Theodore Wielichoski. His dedication and service left a lasting impact on Seaside Park and beyond.

Blue may be small, but his presence is already bringing joy, comfort, and connection — something the community clearly needed.
