Toni Marie, the proprietor of 502 Baking Company, has been baking for over a decade in rented commercial kitchens and selling her products at farmers markets. In 2019, she and her partner Les Marie inaugurated the actual brick-and-mortar bakery, which has since received excellent reviews.
They're open all year, so while every holiday is a little hectic, Thanksgiving is the main event. Some of her season's best sales are predicted (like pumpkin and apple pear cranberry crumb), while others, like their renowned key lime pie, are a surprise.
The bakery is especially known for their blueberry supreme pie with almond crumble, which is a popular Thanksgiving dessert in the area.
Phone pre-orders are strongly encouraged, even though there will be some in-store selection for Thanksgiving. Some pies are available gluten free and vegan.

Jay McConville was motivated to launch Sunburst Pie Company in his hometown of Manasquan in 2015 by his family. Pumpkin and apple pies are McConville's best-selling Thanksgiving desserts, but he also makes unique combinations like cranberry apple crumb, chocolate cream, banana cream, coconut custard, and more. Despite the fact that operating the bakery is difficult during this time of year, he thrives under pressure.
Pre-ordering Thanksgiving pies by phone or in person is highly recommended, since they have been collecting orders since June and are already half full. Fresh pies will also be available for purchase in-store over the Thanksgiving week.

This family-owned farm and country business has been baking fresh baked products for over 50 years. The current owners, Rich Giunco and Jean Marie Thom, inherited the farm from their father and uncle, who founded it in 1972.
Since then, the family has worked hard to ensure that fresh-baked pastries are available all year, particularly during Thanksgiving.
Pumpkin, apple, and apple crumb, blueberry, and blueberry crumb, as well as pecan pie, are seasonal best sellers.
Because in-store sales during the week of Thanksgiving are not guaranteed, pre-orders are strongly recommended. With 30,000 pounds of apples to peel and dough to create, Giunco said they'll do everything they can to make sure items are accessible.

Because Thanksgiving is their busiest season, pre-ordering by phone or in person is highly recommended. Classic Christmas flavors like apple, pumpkin, and pecan are popular, but they also have non-traditional flavors like peach strawberry, chocolate peanut butter mousse, and more.
