The Polar Bear Plunge at Seaside Heights will return in February 2022

Thousands of brave jumpers from all around the state take part in the Polar Bear Plunge at Seaside Heights every year.
It's a fantastic way for everyone to support Special Olympics New Jersey, including individuals, teams, organizations, and corporations.
All money raised benefit thousands of athletes across the state through programming and activities.

12:45 p.m. – Plungers head to beach
1:00 p.m. – PLUNGE!!!

The plunge will take place on at the Seaside Heights Boardwalk

Because of the epidemic, this year's plunge was a virtual event, and people can participate virtually again in 2022.
The 2020 dive attracted over 7,000 participants and raised more than $2 million.
The 2022 dive has so far generated just under $150,000 of its $1.8 million goal, and there is still time to sign up.
