The New Jersey State Police have charged Mustafa Manns, 28; William Dixon, 34; and Nishir Rios‑Figueroa, 30, all of Newark, NJ, with murder, kidnapping, and other offenses for shooting and killing a man and dumping his body near a wooded area off Interstate 80 in Allamuchy Township, Warren County.

On Thursday, August 18, 2022, at 12:26 p.m., troopers from Troop “B” Hope Station responded to reports of human remains discovered by a New Jersey Department of Transportation employee who had been cutting grass along Interstate 80 eastbound near milepost 16.6.

Detectives from the New Jersey State Police Major Crime North Unit later identified the victim as Quadree Burch, 27, of Newark, N.J., who had been reported missing out of Newark on August 9, 2022.
