Vintage cars will line the street, DJ, live entertainment and local businesses will be open for dining and entertainment. Make sure to stop by the WJRZ tent to play some games and win some prizes!

12pm-6pm The Downtown Toms River Business Improvement District is bringing back its annual Chili Festival with a new twist this year. In addition to chili there will now be comfort food to feast on. The streets will be lined with vendors, food trucks and more. Live entertainment and a beer and wine garden. Downtown businesses will be open for dining and entertainment. WJRZ will also be there!

The streets in downtown are lined with scarecrows for this annual event. For two weeks the public is invited to visit and vote on their favorite.
