The candy seen below was discovered in a child's Halloween bag on 11/1/21, according to the Stafford Township Police Department. The toddler had been Trick-or-Treating in the Ocean Acres neighborhood, near Anchor Avenue, in the "Oaks" part in Stafford Township, NJ.
