Wildfire in Brendan T. Byrne State Forest in Manchester
Use Caution & Avoid the Area
The New Jersey Forest Fire Service reports that a wildfire is currently raging Sunday afternoon in a portion of the Brendan T. Byrne forest near Pasadena Road on the border of Manchester and Woodland townships.
Drivers were advised to avoid the area by state fire officials.

A 120-acre wildfire that is just 0% contained is being fought by the New Jersey Forest Fire Service at the Brendan T. Byrne State Forest.
Crews from the Forest Fire Service have started a backfiring operation to help control the fire.
