Winter Wonderland: Major NJ Snowstorm Expected in February

According to the National Weather Center, February is most likely the month to get a major snowstorm.

When El Niño winters are moderate to strong, we typically experience even more snowfall from January to March, with totals in the southern parts of the state reaching up to 10 inches above average. In most El Niño winters, New Jersey has up to 4 inches more snow than average during that time.

For the time being, Garden State dwellers should only anticipate heavy rain on Thursday night and Friday morning, followed by a beautiful weekend with temperatures in the 40s.
