Jersey Shore Update: Cool Winds and Sunny Skies

We might get a second chance this weekend at the Jersey Shore beaches after a chilly and soggy Memorial Day weekend.

Here's a glance at the weather for the final weekend of May.

Although the National Weather Service predicts sunlight for the majority of the weekend, you should pack a jacket or sweater because it is predicted to stay cool. Hopefully, this will be the final cold weekend until September.
Because of the largely sunny days and the lower temperatures, you'll also want to wear sunscreen because it has a very high UV index.

Additionally, there is a significant chance of rip currents, so if you are determined to enter the still extremely cold water, only do so in areas where lifeguards are on duty. Avoid swimming after hours.
