

A 49-year-old Galloway man was killed Monday evening after his motorcycle collided head‑on with a pickup truck on Route 50 in Atlantic County, according to New Jersey State Police.
Roland Marsh, 49, was riding southbound on Route 50 in Weymouth Township when a Chevrolet pickup truck turning left from the northbound lanes into the Belco Liquors parking lot crossed his path, resulting in a violent head‑on collision.
Marsh was thrown from his motorcycle and died from his injuries at the scene. State Police confirmed no other injuries were reported.

Troopers responded to the scene near Belco Liquors around 6 p.m., where they found 49‑year‑old Roland Marsh critically injured after being thrown from his motorcycle. Marsh had been traveling southbound when a northbound Chevrolet pickup attempted a left turn into the parking lot, placing the vehicle directly in his path.
Marsh died as a result of the crash. The pickup driver was not injured, and authorities have not announced any charges as of Tuesday. The crash remains under investigation.
Route 50 was temporarily closed as police documented the scene and cleared debris.
