Sexual Assault of Wall High School Students Are Being Investigated

Wall High School

Wall High School is in the news again, this time law enforcement are investigating the many sexual assaults of female students from Wall High School. This investigation is in addition to the unconnected hazing claims of Wall High School Footballs Program that have shaken the community.

According to a report, at least one student had been accused of sexually abusing a female student.

Authorities are investigating multiple sexual assault occurrences involving female students at Wall High School.

It was unknown how many suspects or victims were involved, according to a source familiar with the proceedings, who did not reveal who was leading the investigation.

According to New Jersey 101.5, at least one student who was also implicated in the hazing charges within the high school's football program is facing a separate charge of sexually abusing at least one girl in an unconnected event.

According to the publication, the student was brought into custody and released, and he will not be charged as an adult because he is under the age of 18.

The alleged sexual assaults are unrelated to a current investigation into hazing allegations inside the Wall High football team.  According to two parents of children who saw a video clip of the event, six older players crowded and attempted to pin down a younger player in the locker room while calls to stop resonated in the background.

According to the parents, one of the attackers is wielding a mop or broomstick.

According to people with knowledge of the incident, the Wall police and the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office are both involved in the investigation. Both sources spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not permitted to speak to the media.

However, neither the district nor law enforcement officials have provided any information on what happened.

The status of Wall's annual Thanksgiving Day game against rival Manasquan has not been amended by district officials.

"At this time, no decision has been made about the Thanksgiving Day Game," Handerhan wrote in an email on Thursday.
