Due to rain this past weekend in Williamsport, PA some games were postponed which made some changes to the Little League World Series schedule. Toms River East, also known at the Jersey Boys, who were scheduled to play Monday, instead is now scheduled to play at 3 p.m. today, August 24th.
Their opponent will be Texas, which lost to Michigan 6-5 on Monday in a rain-delayed game. The game today is scheduled to be televised on ESPN.Toms River, New Jersey played against Manchester, Connecticut in the elimination bracket and was victorious winning 11-4 at the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania on Saturday, August 21, 2021.
