The Toms River Animal Facility is dedicated to helping every pet find a good home. Our goal is "recovery” to nurture back to health, not euthanasia for animals that come to us injured, neglected, or abused. Our staff are responsible for all daily operations including administrative, cleaning/feeding all animals, adoptions, reclaims, owner relinquishments as well as animal control.
