Apply Now for Island Beach State Park Fishing Vehicle Permits. Check out the New Guidelines for Sport Fishing Vehicle Permits at Island Beach Park. The lottery application process will be conducted using a computer algorithm to ensure fairness and transparency. Selected applicants will receive a unique link via email to purchase their permit. If the permit is not purchased within 14 days, additional names will be drawn.
