Melynda "Mindy" Frazier, a beacon of love and generosity, passed away peacefully on March 24, 2025, in Fort Pierce, Florida, at the age of 50. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she touched, and her legacy will continue to influence the world for the better. Mindy's journey on earth may have concluded, but the memories of her love and laughter will remain with us forever.

Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst has announced the return of its highly anticipated “Power in the Pines” airshow, taking flight May 17–18, 2025. This family-friendly event invites the community to witness the power, precision, and skill of some of the world’s top aerial performers. The theme for this year’s airshow is “Joint Warfighters: Honor. Inspire. Innovate.”

Michael J Carroll Jr. passed away on April 4, 2025, at the age of 56. Michael graduated from Toms River High School South in 1986 and then served in the United States Army for seven years. Michael was happiest when surrounded by friends and family. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Disabled American Veterans (DAV) or your local American Legion in Michael’s name.
