State troopers had the honor of joining a heartwarming parade for Easton “Buddy” Perrine, a brave 3-year-old from Pitman, NJ, who is courageously battling cancer. Buddy’s love for the Philadelphia Eagles and his incredible strength touched all of us and inspired our participation.
