Free water and ice is available to all customers remaining without power in Lakewood and Toms River areas. JCP&L crews are working to restore power to customers in Lakewood and Toms River (Ocean County) following a substation fire early this morning. Crews will be working throughout the day to restore power to customers as fast as safely possible; however, we expect restoration efforts will last into the evening.
