Todd M. Rector, 35, of Toms River, passed away on November 14, 2023 surrounded by loved ones. Todd was born in Lakewood on May 27, 1988. Living most of his life in Toms River, he was a graduate of Toms River High School North Class of 2007. Todd worked at Hampton Ridge Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Toms River for the past 16 years and took great pride in his work.
