For K9 Loki — An Entire Community Answered the Call. 🐾💙 On Monday afternoon, Sgt. William Kosh, Jr. and K9 Loki were on a training exercise in South Toms River when Loki suddenly suffered a serious medical emergency. K9 Loki was immediately transported to Garden State Veterinary Specialists (GSVS) in Toms River, where veterinary professionals began emergency treatment and worked diligently to stabilize him.
