ALLAMUCHY TOWNSHIP, NJ — New Jersey State Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a vehicle and driver involved in a hit-and-run crash that seriously injured a pedestrian Wednesday morning in Warren County. According to investigators, the crash occurred on October 29 at approximately 7:56 a.m. at the intersection of Old Hackettstown Road and Puffer Road in Allamuchy Township.
